Transportation
(NET) Non-Emergency Transportation to medical appointments. Serving Conway, Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Perry, Polk, Pope, Scott, Sebastian and Yell counties in Arkansas.
MEDICAID GUIDELINES
1. Approval by Transportation Dispatcher.
2. Recipient must have an active Medicaid number.
3. Recipient has no other person available to transport them to their Medicaid appointment.
4. 48 hour prior notification is required by using our toll free number 1-888-783-6632.
5. Transportation will be to the nearest Medicaid medical provider only.
6. Age - No minimum or maximum.
PRIVATE PAY GUIDELINES
Transportation will be provided to Non-Medicaid recipients on a fee-for-service basis when it does not interfere with the transportation of Medicaid recipients. The fee is $.70 per mile or $7.00 if trip is less than 10 miles or standby. "Standby" means the person is willing to ride a vacant seat during a Medicaid recipient's scheduled trip and cannot interfere with that trip.

2. 48 hours notice required 1-888-783-6632.
3. No other means of transportation available.
4. The Dispatcher/Data Manager will explain:
a. The cost is $ .70 per mile or $7.00 if trip is 10 miles or less.
b. Standby appointments are $7.00 and must not interfere with the Medicaid recipient travel.
c. Appointments are subject to cancellation without notice if they interfere with the Medicaid recipient transportation.
d. Payment is expected at the time of travel unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
5. No minimum or maximum age requirement.
